　　How will you make an impact?

　　Analyze demand requirements for raw materials to support the site Master Production Schedule. Liaison between Planning, Procurement, MSAT, Operations, and Quality to ensure timely receipt and release of raw materials needed to support the production schedule. Other projects as needed

　　What will you do?

　　Ensure that sufficient quantities of raw materials have been ordered and released to support the production schedule.

　　Aid in developing and updating raw material release schedule to support the Operations Production schedule.

　　Monitor the expiration dating of the raw material inventory to ensure that operations is not impacted.

　　Monitor inventory levels to avoid impact to the operations area.

　　Work with MSAT and Planning to ensure production BOMs are accurate.

　　Work with site procurement to develop material forecasts.

　　Manage material conversions to minimize obsolescence, reduce impact to customer service and follow regulatory requirements.

　　Raise key supplier issues to procurement.

　　Ensure that all QA, QC, Engineering and Regulatory open issues are resolved in a timely manner so as to not impact the production schedule.

　　Develop and Maintain KPIs relevant to Supply Chain

　　Inform supporting departments of changes to the production schedule confirming that they’ll have adequate materials to support the changes.

　　Help with other Supply Chain duties as required.

　　Experience

　　3+ years previous experience of Planning in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment

　　Experience with SAP preferred.

　　Education

　　Associates Degree (Logistics Materials and Supply Chain Management preferred but not required)
