　　Asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales para un flujo continuo de producción.

　　Tareas y responsabilidades

　　Capaz de crear PFEP y hacer análisis Kanban.

　　Ejecución diaria del Kanban (Replaneo y/o disparos)

　　Actividades de control de inventario: Ajuste la cantidad de tarjetas Kanban, Tamaño de la tarjeta Kanban modificado, seguimiento y establecer acciones para plan de reducción de RMI.

　　Ajuste la cantidad de tarjetas Kanban.

　　Tamaño de la tarjeta Kanban modificado

　　Negociar Kanban Lead time con proveedores locales.

　　Colocar / Elaborar ordenes de compra en los diferentes sistemas

　　Confirmar colocación de PO y fecha de entrega de los materiales.

　　Seguimiento de entrega de materiales a tiempo/ ajustar fecha de entrega de ser necesario.

　　Seguimiento del plan de producción mediante herramientas de ABS

　　Realizar Reprogramaciones

　　Liberar Materiales del área de Cuarentena

　　Contestar y dar seguimiento a ordenes BOR/ COR / Expedites

　　Resolver facturas en "HOLD"

　　Participación como puesto clave en inventario físico

　　Asegurar la producción de ordenes de cliente a tiempo.

　　Asegurar 0 stock outs de material prima

　　Evalúa, clasifica y selecciona proveedores por capacidad de producción, rendimiento, calidad y entrega

　　Llenado de resultado y seguimiento de actividades en el pizarrón +QDIP

　　Perfil del puesto

　　Educación: Carrera profesional terminada, preferentemente en Ingeniería o Administración. Próximos a graduarse 20

　　Experiencia: 1 año en posiciones similares, preferentemente en industria electrónica.

　　Conocimientos / Entrenamientos requeridos: Lean Manufacturing (Kanban)

　　Ingles conversacional

　　Conocimientos / Entrenamientos por desarrollar

　　Sistema ABS

　　Manejo de Oracle y ACP
