Description

　　Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to fill a Purchaser position. This Purchaser will research vendors, products, and services and negotiate contracts for the best price and value. Are you an experienced purchaser with superb communication, inventory management and analytical skills? Then this may be the role for you.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality for the best deal

　　Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors

　　Perform cost analyses and write reports on purchases made

　　Participate in meetings with staff and other stakeholders

　　Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams, making sure that goods are received on time

　　Look over products upon delivery and report any issues timely

　　Write orders to refill stock as appropriate from monitoring inventory

　　Keep records of purchased products up to date

　　Engage with new vendors and products at events, shows, and exhibitions

　　The salary range for this position is $64,000 to $93,000.

　　Strong analytical capabilities and discernment

　　Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

　　Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
