　　Role:

　　The Tech Advisory Services Practice - Manager role at ZS is a critical one in driving our Technology Vector growth strategy. This is a senior (US market) role involving Solution and Enterprise Architecture skills, for driving City Planning, Rationalization, IT Strategy, and typical Enterprise Architecture engagements with ZS' clients . The primary focus for this role will be on clients' CxO leaders such as the CIO, CTO, & CDO (D = Data &/or D = Digital) of our client organization and their respective teams. The role has a dual focus: (a) increasing the mind-share quotient of ZS Technology expertise with senior leadership across our existing clients, new clients, and prospects and (b) delivering Tech Advisory Services to clients. The client base will initially start with Pharma clients but can expand to be a cross-industry role to the extent viable. Currently, the advisory team is focused on Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, IT Strategy, Rationalization, and City Planning services and has grown to be a 15 member (as of Feb 2023) strong. Success criteria for this role include but is not limited to, expanding ZS' access to our client's leadership responsible for setting strategic direction and agenda for their organization; getting ZS invited to participate in the transformation programs aligned with ZS' strategy; build a strong performing team that drives impact for our clients through objective, value-creating and value sustaining advisory services. We do anticipate that this seasoned technology leader will collaborate closely with other ZS Technology teams (DPS, EDM&S, IPA, etc.) in shaping the delivery and execution of the Tech Advisory Services.

　　The successful candidate will work closely with ZS leadership; grow the practice by expanding client and customer relationships and building trusted technology advisory relationships with executives at the company's various accounts.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead advisory efforts working closely with our clients through Tech Advisory business development (proactive and reactive proposals) and deliver Tech Advisory engagements in the Life Sciences IndustryProvide architectural point of views & insights as part of a multidisciplinary consulting services for our clients.Design and present "best-in-class" Enterprise Architecture that enable business capability and objectives.Consistently deliver high impact and high value & innovative client services in the areas of IT Strategy, City Planning, Rationalization, Enterprise Architecture, Solution ArchitectureWork with business and IT stakeholders to conduct several activities like Enterprise IT analysis, gap assessment, maturity mapping, future-state architecture definitions, EA Governance operating model and more in digital, machine learning, data and analytics space.Improvise Solutions and Recommendations highly contextual to client eco-systemsDemonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge and assimilate teams working in partial capacitiesDemonstrate deep life sciences / healthcare industry sector knowledge with a functional expertise across operations;Harness and maintain the knowledge, assets, templates within the Tech Advisory Services practiceCollaborates extensively with other sub practice areas - EDM&A, DPS in Technology practice and with ESCOE for reusing assets frameworks in Tech Advisory projects.Collaborate with the Tech Advisory Services leadership to define and execute practice roadmapDefine and establish a technical strategy, standards, and guidelines in the application/data architecture domainGroom junior members in EA space and maintain a culture of rapid learning and explorations to drive innovations / POCs on niche technologies and architecture patternsStay current on latest EA/technology trends and architecture patterns, and lead the effort to develop ZS POV for strategic decision-makingUnderstand business side of IT and provide solutions & deliverables which are pragmatic, and business focused.Customize and apply Industry EA frameworks like TOGAF/Zachman/ArchiMate in a pragmatic way to address client needs.

　　Qualifications:

　　10+ years of experience in an IT or Management Consulting firm or Enterprise Architecture function with proven expertise in Big Data/Application/IntegrationsMust have project (technology and architecture views) implementation experience in any Digital, Cloud, Data & Analytics space (AWS or Azure or Google).Experience and understanding of frameworks and modeling specifications like TOGAF/Zachman/ArchiMate, preferably using EA ToolsDemonstrated experience in driving agenda setting services at the "C" level of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies;An ability to formulate and present strategic points of view on relevant industry trends and enterprise digital strategyPrior experience in technology led transformation programs;Strong credentials and demonstrated success in IT strategy, City Planning, Rationalization, Big Data Solution Architecture, and Enterprise Architecture;Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge;A high level of motivation and self-starting attitude;An appetite for continuous learning and research to understand technology trends and their impact on the enterprise technology landscapeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent oral and written communication skills;A willingness to travel to meet client needs;Executive-level presence and communication.Nice to have - Exposure to Middleware, Integrations, Automation, Security areas
