　　4 years of experience as a Business Analyst on an agile team

　　Being comfortable working with offshore teams – this position will interact with several offshore teams

　　Our team is looking for a Business Analyst working closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements on product objectives. The Business Analyst is expected to have a strong exposure in agile framework and tools like Rally/Jira.

　　 Need to have a capability to prepare design materials such as mock-ups, wireframes, and other artifacts to be used in the development process and collaborating with cross functional product teams.

　　Skills Required:

　　4+ years of experience as Business Analyst

　　Strong knowledge in agile processes and tools like Rally/Jira.

　　Ability to transfer the business requirements into Epic/Sub-Epic/Feature and user stories in Rally which is understandable by product team.

　　Produces design materials such as mock-ups, wireframes, and other artifacts to be used in the development process.

　　Collaborating with cross functional product teams to assess and prioritize design opportunities, identify constraints and deliver design recommendations to relevant stakeholders

　　Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple concurrent projects/tasks

　　Knowledge of design thinking principles, processes and practices

　　Knowledge of user centered design principles, processes and practices

　　Strong verbal and oral communication skills
