About Enterprise Marketing Manager

   

  LotusFlare, a fast-growing enterprise software company, is seeking to add an enterprise marketing manager to its team. As the enterprise marketing manager you’ll get to be a core member of a focused team working towards the next big thing in communications. LotusFlare has two lines of business and you will get to work on both–  Nomad eSIM and LotusFlare Digital Network Operator (DNO) Cloud.  The primary focus of the role is to oversee the marketing activities of Nomad eSIM Enterprise, an innovative marketplace that delivers a cost-effective roaming experience to international travelers.  LotusFlare DNO Cloud is a cloud-native, commerce and monetization platform used by leading communications service providers globally. 

   

  LotusFlare is founded by early Product and Growth executives from Meta and Microsoft, and backed by leading VCs including Google Ventures, Social Capital, SV Angels, Macquarie Capital, and Compound.

   

  Summary

   

  The Enterprise Marketing Manager will help drive the next stage of growth by executing brand and product marketing activities targeting enterprises. 

   

  In this role you will be a core member of the LotusFlare Commercial team comprising sales, marketing and partnerships.  We expect that you care deeply about the quality of your work, the intrinsic worth of tasks, and the success of the team. You are disciplined, creative, persistent and a great communicator.   You are able to manage multiple projects, have an analytical mind, pay attention to detail, and love to get your hands dirty.  

   

  Responsibilities

   

  Position and expand Nomad into the B2B enterprise segment and in particular the corporate expense management domain.

  Build a two Nomad marketing strategies: 

  a “sell to” strategy for enterprises in multiple vertical industries, including consulting, travel, banking, international organizations, manufacturing, and professional services for corporate employee expense management.

  A “sell with” strategy for creating commercial partnerships with airlines, hotels, travel booking sites, travel organizations who may seek to provide eSIM enabled services to their passengers.

  For both strategies, create compelling stories showcasing the value of Nomad for enterprises to help drive revenue growth in the B2B segment that brings net new revenue on top of the existing B2C Nomad product.

  Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, demo videos, and marketing materials to use when presenting to enterprise prospects.

  Raise awareness for the Nomad brand within designated industry sectors.

  Build and execute a Nomad events plan to attend the right conferences and generate enterprise leads.

  Execute on marketing activities targeting telecommunications operators for the LotusFlare DNO Cloud product line, including events, marketing collateral, partner marketing and presentations.

  Assist with responses to RFXs from corporate customers.

  Collect product requirements from corporate clients and present these to product managers.

  Track performance and report on outcomes and impact of enterprise marketing, including marketing qualified leads, brand awareness and close rate.

  Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans

   

  Requirements

   

  3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing or management consulting

  Bachelor's degree in business, economics or marketing.  MBS or MA is a plus.

  Fluent written and spoken English; ability to engage, persuade and close deals.

  Located in Silicon Valley, California and ability to work in the Santa Clara office 3x per week.

  Excellent organizational skills (planning, goal setting, project management).

  Partner-first mentality and a passion to help your clients succeed while creating win-win relationships.

  Strong business analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to managing metrics.

  Able to take ownership of initiatives and execute on ideas quickly, especially in environments where there are no “right answers”; love working in a startup environment and building things from 0 to 1.

  Able to work in a very global team.

  Comfortable using the full Google productivity suite

  Experience in using Hubspot for marketing campaign management
