　　With the launch of our ConnectedForest solutions, we are growing rapidly. To help with our growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering our solutions in an efficient manner for our customers. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, enjoy the teamwork environment, and be motivated to self-start initiatives and contribute to the product vision for the company by providing valuable feedback.

　　Provide system solutions and configurations that meet client business requirements and support business functional flows, develop detailed business requirements and functional specificationsMaintain and expand documentation on all systems configurations, processes, and procedures while collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needsSome Report and Code writing responsibilities are expected in this positionWhat Skills & Experience You Should BringVery clear written, visual, oral expression of ideas with business and technical people with an outstanding track record of customer service both online and face-to-faceKnowledge and experience of systems development methodologies, system analysis concepts, techniques, and toolsPractical knowledge of SQL, especially reading and understanding SQL statements as well as writing SQL with a good understanding of relational database concepts and objects like tables, views primary and foreign keys, indices, normalization and denormalization as well as procedures, functions, triggersCompetency in ER diagram modeling using tools like ER/win, Visio or othersTravel occasionally across Canada and USAbout Our Forestry Division
