They are responsible forassisting the Business Lending Department through preparation ofbusiness documentation, closing, post-closing and booking of businessloans. This role performs a variety of functions related to preparingdocuments, creating closing packages, booking and servicing businessloans. They may have contact with existing members, prospective members,and other professional providers used by the Business LendingDepartment. REQUIREMENTS 1. High school diploma, or equivalent, andthree years of direct experience in business/commercial documentationand/or auditing. Combination of education and experience will also beconsidered. 2. Experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programsand systems used for this job including Microsoft Office products andsystems related to business lending. 3. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills andthe ability to work independently as a valuable team member in a dynamicenvironment. 4. Demonstrated knowledge in all types of business loan,real estate and business asset documentation preferred. 5. Provenability to organize work, balance multiple priorities, manage a varietyof projects in a fast-paced, flexible work environment with strongattention to detail and within defined deadlines. 6. Demonstratedability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situationswhile maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 7. Must possessstrong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to helppeople. 8. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies andprocedures as they relate to this position.
