Job Summary:
The Business Program Manager will play a crucial role in streamlining and managing our administrative processes, analyzing and reporting business metrics, and ensuring that staff performance aligns with organizational goals. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage administrative processes within the Retail Operations Department.
Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
Facilitate effective communication and information sharing among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Develop, review, and communicate income, revenue, and budget performance using KPI metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional communication and enhance overall efficiency.
Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various projects within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and propose effective solutions to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Facilitate and report adherence to Standard Operational Procedures and Compliance Risk Management.
Provide support and guidance to Field Leadership Teams.
Manage and maintain the calendar, schedule, and appointments.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with administrative software and databases.
Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a nonprofit or community-focused environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
Ability to grasp, push, pull, and move heavy objects such as household and office furniture, packages, and all other bulk items.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
