　　Our branch in Belgrade has 400+ employees and it is located at Business Center Usce with team offices with great views. We are Game Studio that is part of IGT Belgrade, established in 2012 and we are closely working with other Spielo studios across globe (Graz, Moncton, Reno etc.). Spielo Studio in Belgrade is counting more than 100 team members. Our passion is game development, releasing more than 100 slot games per year.

　　We are looking for Process Management Expert to join us in delivering the next generation of digital casino and lottery products for a worldwide audience. This person will join our team working on the product lines to support creation of casino games. Process Management Expert is working closely with Product Line Owners and Leadership of the Studio to improve game development and delivery from start to a casino.

　　NOTE: This position is requiring consultant base contract. We would like to offer you B2B contract with your own company, initially on one year with possibility for extension. You would be paid per working hour in full amount. Our current needs are 40 hours per week. Hybrid way of working - you would work from Belgrade office half of the time.

　　What you’ll do:

　　• Develop, lead and independently coordinate process management activities

　　• Develop process management/improvement methodology customized to the needs and the current state of the organization

　　• Develop process review/development plan

　　• Lead process improvements and standardization across the organization using best practice techniques and methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc)

　　• Provide hands-on team facilitation, coaching, mentoring and/or training and process improvement subject matter expertise to process owners

　　• Provide metrics input to various reporting, communicate key performance indicators on a regular basis and/or on request

　　• Set up approach for monitoring of process’ KPIs

　　• Assist process owners in developing/reviewing system, program, procedures and processes

　　• Initiate and coordinate process improvements actions resulting from process review and process self-assessment

　　Must-haves:

　　• Ability to deep dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges

　　• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and stakeholders/clients

　　• Experience with SCRUM or Agile processes is a plus

　　• Ability to work autonomously, take on challenges and focus on improvement of each process individually

　　• Willingness to roll up your sleeves to resolve different issues encountered inside of the process with ability to train and mentor employees

　　• Strong verbal and written communication skills with developed analytical skills

　　• Excellent organizational skills, enthusiastic and can-do attitude

　　• Quick learner, pro-active, creative and out of the box thinker

　　• Team player (as understanding and collaboration with producer and Scrum team in creative process is very important
