　　We are looking for exceptional motivatedjunior consultant to join a dynamic and forward-thinkingSAP Success Delivery Center, ENR practice.As active members of project implementation teamssuccessful candidateswill demonstrateproduct knowledgeof SAP business processes within the SAP S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP ISU or SAP Oil&GAS solutionsand actively participate in full project implementation life cycletasks.

　　TheBusiness Process Associate Consultant(SAP S/4HANA)will report directly to theBusiness Manager ENR.Our vision is to drive business valueandsuccessful outcomesfor SAPcustomerswho implement SAP S4HANA systems in ENR industries like Utilities, Oil&Gas, Chemicals, Minings, etc. This SAPBusiness Process Associate Consultantconsultant will driveinnovation,and guidecustomer transformationswith excellent product knowledgeandconfidence.

　　EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

　　Proficiency with SAP business processes scenarios of cross industries

　　Hands on experience in end-to-end lifecycle implementation/support activities.

　　Design and configuration of e2e SAP business process in any SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA/ SAP IS-U/SAP Oil&Gas Core modules: FI-CO, Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Services(CS), etc.

　　Hands on experience in designing and configuration of SAP business processes

　　Have knowledge and hands-on experience with SAPs solutions including the ability to develop solution frameworks including solution process landscapes and define integration touchpoints.

　　Have experience in gathering requirements from Customers, configuring the system and preparing functional specifications and project relevant documentation.Experienced in Test Cases preparations for enhancements to deliver a bug free Solution for client.

　　Well versed with project implementation methodologies, SAP Activate, and solution manager.

　　Build proofs-of-concepts and extended demosfocused on customer value propositions.

　　EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

　　Fundamental know-how of business process framework architecture

　　Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.

　　Excellent presentation and communication skills.

　　Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.

　　Activate methodology and Solution Manager experience a requirement.

　　Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in IT or Engineering.

　　WORK EXPERIENCE

　　3 yearsin SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ERPconsulting experience consulting experience for cross industries

　　Experience in ABAP Technical areas is a plus

　　Functional knowledge in any other SAP solutions is a plus

　　Minimum 1-2 SAP ECC/ SAP S/4HANA implementation experience

　　Deep understanding of E2E customer centric business processes, solutions and applications and a track record of delivering value from such large-scale projects in cross industries
