We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM BI Analyst to become a vital team member. In this role, you will be crucial in utilizing Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to deliver meaningful insights and analytics within our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

　　Responsibilities

　　What you will be doing:

　　Design, develop, maintain, and deliver key HCM (OTBI and BI Publisher) reporting dashboards, analytics, and extracts.

　　Excellent client interfacing skills, collaborating with client IT and business stakeholders, and crafting technical strategy and design documents.

　　What you will have:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

　　Proven experience (3+ years) working with Oracle HCM Cloud and proficiency in OTBI.

　　strong understanding of HR data and processes, coupled with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
