Kforce has a client in Charlton, MA that is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team!Summary:The Assistant Controller will help drive the development of solutions to address complex reporting and data integrity needs. This will include development and maintenance of integrated work plans, monitoring progress to ensure achievement of goals, development, and maintenance of cross-functional teams.

　　Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related discipline

　　CPA preferred

　　10-15 years direct experience, 2 years in Manufacturing environment

　　Previous project management experience required

　　Experience with SAP or equivalent scale ERP system is essential

　　Audit experience strongly preferred

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
