Support the Business e-Transformation (BeT) product by leveraging business knowledge, experience, and relationships to complete tasks that aid in the development, maintenance, and expansion of the global system designed to accurately capture and efficiently maintain study design information. These tasks will include working with business representatives to refine affected processes and to interface effectively with adjacent systems.

　　Acquire functional and strategic understanding of the BeT platform and use this knowledge to effectively champion the initiative across Early Development

　　Provide back-up support for the BeT Business Specialist in managing the values and logic within the global system maintaining study design information

　　Support gathering of business requirements necessary to acquire funding and to complete future objectives

　　Interact effectively with the IT team to translate business requirements

　　Critique completed development for alignment with business requirements

　　Facilitate meetings and effectively document and track actions

　　Support development and reporting of business analytics from the platform

　　Participate in brainstorming to overcome process and development challenges

　　Assist with training and support of new system users as required

　　Review and contribute to system testing and documentation as needed

　　Partner to continually enhance user experience in the system

　　Other duties as assigned
