　　The Role

　　As a Manager of Local Network Implementation, you will be a key member of the Engineering, Construction and Operations (E-C-O) leadership team and will influence the broader strategic and operational needs within E-C-O. This position provides expert Program and Project leadership to plan, manage and deliver all aspects of one or more large, technical and complex Program(s) / Project(s), crossing multiple disciplines. Key success factors for this role are a proven track record and passion for leading and delivering Program(s) and Project(s) on-time, on-budget and to scope specifications. This is a senior manager role in a matrix management environment where strong leadership, training and mentoring of less experienced team members is required.

　　Candidates will be required to have extensive knowledge and experience in ISP and Electronics.

　　Candidates for this role will need to be located in either Arizona, New Mexico, or Las Vegas.

　　The Main Responsibilities

　　This position is a program management role focused on measuring and driving execution against key performance indicators (KPIs), translating strategy into execution, leading business model transformation, and driving critical programs and operations.

　　• Act as the “right hand” and advisor to the VP of Network Implementation and Field Operations for the identification, consolidation, and execution of key action items.

　　• Drive and coordinate construction, engineering and operations delivery of products to the market.

　　• Help drive staff level topics to deliver on team priorities.

　　• Process improvement and process simplification wherever possible.

　　• Responsible for delivering key programs and program reviews to leadership.

　　• Own coordination among the leadership team including regular meetings and reviews.

　　• Partner with Lumen leaders to maintain alignment and orchestration.

　　Experience and understanding of the following technology areas as they relate to Electronic Equipment and the delivery of service between Central Offices, and from Central Office to Customer premises, including Data Centers and Co-location facilities.

　　Inside Plant Facilities and systems

　　Fielding technologies and systems

　　Fiber facilities and systems

　　Copper facilities and systems

　　• 5+ years of demonstrated success leading large, complex projects across teams or organizations. Highly organized with excellent follow-through.

　　• Must be able to think strategically and operate tactically to drive and deliver key business insights and operational deliverables.

　　• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization, including VP/SVP level.

　　• BS/BA required; MBA preferred.

　　• 10+ years of experience in management, leadership, and strategic planning.

　　• Should have a strong grasp of Lumen’s products, services, strategy, and planning and decision-making processes.

　　• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, KPI and OKR development, and Scaled Agile Framework

　　• Experience with Jira Align, Workboard, and business intelligence dashboards such as PowerBI or Tableau

　　The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
