Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in Asia is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 12 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese and other Asia businesses to sell globally.
This manager is a senior position to lead operation team to support market team especially on auto-email and social tools. This position will also lead centralized operation scope (OPS for OPS) responsibilities include:
Cloud resource management, e.g. Outbound call team and deal operation team
Nutcracker project to drive invent and simplify cross AGS, via process optimization and automation(via python or co-work with tool OPS)
Optimize goal setting process and lead goal setting for 2024
Lead data support within OPS team

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experienced with Excel.
• 7+ year experience working in sales excellence, operation, or business program management role.
• Mature team management experience;
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
• Experience analyzing data and metrics, delivering business insights, and proposing recommendations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, to dives deep independently on broad scope issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices.
• Sales or account management experience is preferred.
