AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager (Contact Centers). This position will support the business line or operational unit providing a continual consolidated view of business line activity to ensure timely decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience demonstrating increasing responsibility is required. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to develop, analyze and interpret financial and operational data at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint; report writing, and Internet/Intranet.
Knowledge and application of business management, strategic planning, and project management principles and practice
The primary duties of the Business Operations Manager are to:
Provide various data analysis for business line. Develop, monitor and interpret on-going reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Supports maintenance of programs facilitated by the business line.
Gathers data in preparation for annual budget process. Consolidates budget for entire business line and monitors monthly variances and reports to management. Performs key communication as liaison between Corporate Budget department, communicating timelines and requirements to complete budget process.
Coordinates preparation of corporate business documents including annual reports, business plans, club operation reports, and regional/company board reports.
Active participant with management team in discussing results of reports and developing action plans to respond to any adverse trends. As trends and patterns develop in data, identify these to management, including observations of what dynamics may be contributing to the patterns, and possible responses to these dynamics.
Monitor, analyze, and advise management regarding financial planning, financial results, business standards and financial rule compliance.
