　　The Role

　　Come join our team as a Business Operations Analytics Intern. You will be an active member of STERIS Life Sciences supporting the Business Operations Team. You would focus on the end-to-end process of delivering business intelligence solutions, which would entail documenting the detailed requirements for the project, creating design mock-ups and working with the business analysts and stakeholders to refine the final design, performing data modeling and cleaning to prep the data for the final solution, and developing the final solution in the appropriate software as specified in the requirements.

　　Paid Internship

　　Target start date is May 20th, 2024 and end date is August 9th, 2024

　　Full-Time (40 hours) - This is a full-time internship Monday-Friday

　　Location - This is a hybrid role and requires interns to work weekly at our Mentor, Ohio facility

　　What You Would Do

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and objectives.

　　Create design mock-ups to visualize data-driven solutions and obtain stakeholder feedback.

　　Perform data modeling and data cleaning to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

　　Develop and implement data analytics solutions to address business challenges.

　　Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive business intelligence solutions that empower decisionmakers.

　　Analyze and interpret data trends to provide actionable insights.

　　Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing

　　What You Need To Be Successful

　　Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Proficiency in data modeling and data cleaning techniques.

　　Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
