Description

We are currently seeking a dexterous Business Office Manager for our esteemed client. Your role will involve significant multitasking, working with many aspects of the business including financial matters, administrative tasks, and human resources.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.

Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.

Plan, direct, and coordinate supportive services, like recordkeeping and mail distribution.

Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, and enforcing information access controls.

Facilitate communication procedures, guiding staff and providing coaching when necessary.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years' experience in office management or administrative role.

Proficient use of MS Office Suite and other project management tools.

Proven experience in planning and implementing office systems.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or relevant field.
