Description

　　Robert Half is partnering with a great local organization looking for a Business Office & Accounting Manager. You will succeed in this Accounting Manager position if you take charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and assisting with regulatory reporting. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

　　Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

　　Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

　　Regularly review and inspect balance sheets and income statement accounts

　　Assemble various technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

　　Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

　　Government regulation and compliance experience preferred

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Accounting cycle

　　Strong familiarity with budget and forecasting
