Assuch, the right candidate will find this to be a strong foundation forgrowth and an outstanding opportunity to have a material impact on thebusinessWe are a small, highly leveraged team that defines monetization strategy forthe entire company and this particular role will be passionate aboutopportunities within the Digital Experience business, centered aroundExperience Cloud. Our role is to influence the product roadmap to drivesignificant growth in revenues, profits, and stock prices for Adobe.We do this by driving initiatives that optimize new and existing offerings viaproduct configuration, product line determination, offer structure, andpricing.What You'll DoDevelop and present recommendations that articulate the strategy and return oninvestment in order to acquire and incorporate cross-functional feedback andultimately achieve executive approval.Work cross-functionally with PMM, PM, Sales, Ops, Sales, Finance,CPQ, and many other teams.Develop and conduct qualitative customer research and complete quantitativemarket research including one or more of the following research methods:Build-Your-Own Conjoint, Discrete Choice Conjoint, Gabor-Granger. Supportthe Enterprise Sales team with product sizing, custom pricing, andlicensing neCollection, synthesis, and analysis of industry and competitor data.Perform statistical analysis on empirical data (sales, usage, etc)Develop financial models that simulate customer behavior and project costs tocomplete scenario analysis that estimates the impact of the proposal on marketpenetration, company revenues, and margin.We also ensure the smooth execution of our proposals.Define and drive product requirements for product roadmap and future releasesto address customer needs related to the business model strategyPlan and coordinate operational activities required for execution.Set guidelines for direct sales, and develop sales plays, and training asappropriate.Complete post-mortems to ensure proposals are successful and/or refined.How do you succeedWe are looking for an analytical wiz with high initiative, a strategicapproach, and quantitative talent.MBA and/or 3+ Management/Strategy Consulting experience orPricing/Packaging strategy experienceUnderstanding of Enterprise / b2b software sales processes - pricing, dealstructures, discounting methodologiesThe ability to simplify the sophisticated, quickly define the coreproblem, and frame the solution approach.Attention to detail is balanced by solutions through ambiguity.Excellent deck-writing, communicating, and upward-influencing skills.Strong EQ, emotional maturity, and experience in driving consensus in alarge matrixed organization are key requirements.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographicmarkets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. payrange for this positionis $97,600 -- $189,6 0 annually. Paywithin thisrange varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge,skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total targetcompensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentivesare in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salariesare expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of theAnnual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in theform of a new hire equity award.
