developing the strategy, tactics and drives of the commercial organization across all direct markets within Central and Eastern Europe
maximizing growth and profitability by meeting the overall annual sales, gross profit, operational expense and EBITA targets
providing strong business and personal leadership to lead the CEE organization and acting as its legal representative while ensuring Mölnlycke values and culture are at the heart of how the company operates
ensuring that the strategic guidelines and sales targets are consistently communicated and implemented in the region, and that best practices are exchanged and used within the team
exploring resource reallocation opportunities between the direct markets to maximize growth and profitability
leading, coaching and motivates the sales team to achieve excellent results.
What you’ll need
Min 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing in multinational (work with different countries) medical device or pharma industry. Wound Care experience desirable.
At least 5 years of senior management position.
Highly developed commercial awareness, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Leading Vision & Strategy as well as ensuring accountability.
Ability to manage and deal with ambiguity.
Fluent English is mandatory.
