　　Job Description

　　We are seeking an MRICS Associate Director Cost Consultancy or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a permanent position with a world-class Construction Consultancy for a position based in Makkah .

　　Candidates must have Associate Director level experience with a Consultancy organisation.

　　We are looking for Post Contract Senior Quantity Surveyor to be familiar with Cost Control methods including budget preparation, cost planning and cost estimating and post Contract activities.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor of Engineering degree

　　20 + Years of continuous experience (needs to be proven with experience letters)

　　Arabic speaking

　　Able to enter Makkah

　　Chartered status, MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – Quantity Surveying. Please do not apply for this role if you do not have MRICS Chartered Status.

　　Experience of managing large teams

　　Normally receives minimal direction/instructions on new assignments.

　　Has experience with quality control and best practice procedures

　　6 working days per week (Thursday half day).
