JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION PURPOSE The Energy Production SupportServices Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the Company safely,reliably, and efficiently delivers its energy-related products. Thisrole directly contributes to the overall success of the utility Companythrough the support of key reporting, analysis, systems, coordination,and operational functions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting:Generates reports on various energy production metrics, systemperformance, safety, budgeting, and other required critical data.Performs QC reviews of data and communicates findings to management,stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required. Analysis: Regularlymonitors energy production data, processes, and systems to ensureoptimal performance. Analyzes data to ensure accuracy, and identifiestrends, anomalies, and potential issues. Process Optimization: Documentsexisting processes and identifies opportunities for improving energyproduction efficiency and reducing operational costs. Proposes andimplements strategies to enhance overall performance. TechnologyIntegration: Stays abreast of advancements in energy productiontechnologies. Plays a key role in supporting the adoption andintegration of new technologies that can improve efficiency,reliability, and sustainability. Emergency Response Support: Assistswith the development and implementation of emergency response plans forunexpected events that may impact energy production. Participates indrills and exercises to ensure preparedness. Coordination: Collaborateswith various teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering,to coordinate activities that impact energy production. Ensures seamlesscommunication to minimize downtime and disruptions. AdministrativeSupport: Performs various administrative duties (e.g., inventory andprocurement tasks, scheduling, safety, and O&M tracking) to ensuresuccessful daily plant operations. QUALIFICATIONS Education andExperience Bachelor\'s degree in business, economics, mathematics, dataanalytics, or related field strongly preferred. Three to five years ofrelated experience ideally in a regulated utility, energy production, orsimilar environment. Knowledge and Skills Analytical Skills: Proficientin data analysis and interpretation. Able to use analytical tools andsoftware to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Communication:Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearlyto various stakeholders. Collaborative approach to working withcross-functional teams. Continuous Improvement: Proactive in identifyingopportunities for process improvement and implementing changes toenhance efficiency.
