　　Overview

　　We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer Senior to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director Business Intelligence and Data Services and is responsible for identifying software development that best suit existing systems and resources to improve delivery efficiency, project monitoring and knowledge continuity.

　　Provide guidance to Jr Business Intelligence Developers

　　Analyze business requirements and develop design specifications and test plans

　　Design and develop ETL processes

　　Process, cleansing, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis

　　Efficiently extract, transforms and load data to the data warehouse from various business applications

　　Monitor and manage new and existing integration elements to ensure continued customer satisfaction

　　About You

　　Bachelor's degree in information technology, business intelligence, computer science or a related field

　　5 years progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management

　　Requires demonstrated experience in project management

　　Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Azure, AWS, etc.

　　7 + years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server DB Modelling and development and Microsoft SQL Server Integration service (SSIS)

　　5 + years’ experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Technologies such as Micro Strategy, Tableau, SSRS, Power BI, etc.

　　Good oral and written communication skills

　　Self-motivated and able to adapt to new technology and processes quickly
