　　Your Role

　　As a skilled Plumber Service Technician with 3-5 years of experience, you will diagnose and repair plumbing/drain services. Lead customers to confident buying decisions by delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

　　Key Sub-Tasks

　　Work for a licensed contractor with 3-5 years' experience as a Plumber Service Technician.

　　High School Diploma or GED.

　　Maintain a valid driver’s license.

　　Keep open communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams.

　　Establish customer rapport and present the right products and services.

　　Meet and exceed revenue goals, understanding sales criteria.

　　Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

　　Participate in ongoing training and development.

　　Train and mentor apprentices.

　　Obtain or be willing to get the necessary certifications.

　　Qualifications

　　The successful candidate must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Knowledge of local plumbing codes, ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians. Proficiency in plumbing techniques such as soldering, pipe threading, drain cleaning, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair.

　　Additional Information

　　The position may require working in various climate conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and confined locations. The standard workweek is eight to ten hours per day, five days a week, with occasional weekend work.
