  Job Description We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will lead a team of BI and analytics  experts embedded in various functions, managing the development of advanced analytics capabilities and overseeing a dedicated group of Tableau designers focused on client-based reporting solutions. This role requires expertise in fostering individual growth, especially in leveraging new technologies like advanced analytics and generative AI. The  role will play a pivotal role in the development of a highly skilled team of experts, emphasizing continuous learning, mentorship, and career advancement.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Lead and mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 BI experts ( to enhance their proficiency in SQL, Tableau development, advanced analytics techniques and emerging technologies.

  Operational Excellence: Manage a group of Tableau designers, ensuring the creation of innovative and client-centric reporting and insights solutions. 

  Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including data professionals, business leaders, IT, and data architects;

  Collaborate with business managers to align BI strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the effective use of analytics for informed decision-making

  Team development: Drive continuous learning and skill development within the team to adapt to evolving industry trends;

  Drive the professional development of team members, emphasizing skills in advanced analytics, communication, and stakeholder management.

  Data Strategy Develop strategies to stay at the forefront of technology, integrating advanced analytics and generative AI into the BI function.

  Governance and quality standards Ensure the adherence to data governance principles and maintain a minimum quality standard for data and analytics outputs.

  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience (>5 years) in a similar role, preferably in a BI and Analytics environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of data mesh, data governance and BI and Analytics managementExceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Experience in implementing advanced analytics and generative AI solutions Is a plus 

  Previous experience in BI and analytics tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.Proficiency in using Databricks for analytics workflows or similar platforms. Additional Information Location: Warsaw / remote from Poland

  Start date: ASAP

  Contract: B2B or CoE
