　　Key responsibilities

　　Supports the D-A-CH SFE & local leadership team by providing expertise in data, who can

　　particulate the data needs of the market, understanding the available data sources within the market.

　　extract and analyze CRM data sets / integrate with external data sets for reporting purposes including Sales.

　　D365 maintenance for the DACH market. Aligned to the given approval authorities.

　　The role holder will need to:

　　Support the management and coordination of the end to end segmentation and targeting process for area of responsibility

　　Implements, tracks and supports the Sales Force effectiveness governance process (e.g. performance reviews), assisting the SFE manager in following up on actions

　　Create periodic and ad hoc reports, dashboard summaries for management/ executive decision-making regarding the salesforce (inmarket reporting)

　　Extract CRM data and integration with external data sets for reporting purposes (& interrogate large data sets and answering analysis-based queries relating to CRM data)

　　Analyze and report on CRM and related sales data using PowerBI and other O365 tools

　　Spot trends in data and keeping management informed of KPIs, including highlighting significant deviations in data trends and unusual data errors

　　Proactively analyzing data to identify opportunities that can improve sales efficiency or that may require further analysis

　　Requirements:

　　Must Have:

　　Experience with MS Dynamics (must have)

　　Excellent Excel skills and medium PowerBI experience

　　Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific subject

　　Fluent English level is a must

　　Desirable

　　Experience in the med-tech or pharmaceutical / healthcare industry

　　Good level of German Language is a plus

　　Travel Requirements

　　Primarily remote working. At least one day in the week within the office for social reasons. 1-2 times a year traveling to Munich.
