The local company develop and manufacture innovative surgical solutions by delivering healing, stop bleeding, bone fusion, and leakage prevention products for surgeries, as well as treatment of auto-immune diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis and Maintenance of Business Performance Management and KPIs:

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting business performance data.

Support maintaining and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Contribute to the preparation of performance dashboards and reports for upper management.

Support in Management Portfolio of Projects:

Aid in the tracking and documentation of project statuses.

Assist in the coordination and communication of project activities across departments.

Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools.

Support in Process Improvement and Lean Activities:

Assist in identifying and analyzing process improvement opportunities.

Support the implementation of Lean methodologies (JJPS) to enhance operational efficiency.

Participate in Lean activities and training, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Registered student in Industrial and Management Engineering, Information Systems student or with an equivalent engineering degree with at least 2.5 years till graduation - must

Availability for two full days and two half days is a must (the position is Hybrid)

High-level self-learning and working independently, ability to work cooperatively with multiple interfaces.

Previous experience in leading and coordinating tasks, such as leadership roles in the military or similar frameworks

Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel includes pivot tables, formulas, VBA, and power pivot) - an advantage

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
