The Business Development Representative will be responsible primarily for tasks related to cold outreach, high value lead generation, and other sales support activities. You will collaborate in a cross-functional team environment between the demand generation and sales departments. This role requires up to 75 percent over-the-phone assignments. 

　　Responsibilities

　　- - Conduct phone, email, operational and related campaigns to support demand generation activities.  - Research, establish, and cultivate prospects across all verticals, including gathering intelligence through over-the-phone outreach. - Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums.  - Assist with the execution of targeted marketing campaigns. - Qualify and respond to inbound lead inquiries. - Close small accounts across all service lines and verticals. - Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate prospect information and activity reports in the CRM system. - Prepare formal analyses and business plans for review by management. - Performs other duties as assigned.

　　- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Prior sales experience - Thorough knowledge of the MS Office Suite - Interest in sales, marketing, and branding - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to positively interact with people while representing and conveying LSA's abilities and mission
