Identify, target, and acquire high-potential third-party sellers to join Newegg's Marketplace. * Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals and completing contracts. * Establish, maintain and develop business relationships with sellers and potential sellers to enhance the potential for selling value-added services on a regional level. * Plan and organize an ongoing sales strategy derived from the corporately defined revenue and profit targets. * Ensure that third-party sellers adhere to Newegg's policies and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and quality in the Marketplace. * Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into the Newegg Marketplace. * Develop and implement strategies to attract sellers with diverse product offerings and high-quality services. * Address seller inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to foster a positive and collaborative partnership. * You have a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related equivalent experience * 5+ years of business development experience or within e-commerce or online marketplaces * Familiarity with computer technology and consumer electronics industry is a plus. * Outstanding communication skills both oral and written * A solid understanding of Supply Chain and business management. * Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills * Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Demonstrated business communication skills with emphasis in facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills. * Strong customer service experience with a keenness to exceed customer requirements. * Goal and results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales goals. * Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities.
