Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Marketing Technology Manager in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility in your work environment and schedule. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, managing marketing technologies, and driving effective campaigns to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and prioritize requests from stakeholders, providing day-to-day technical support to the marketing team on all marketing technology.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, sales, and data analytics to ensure the successful integration and utilization of marketing technology solutions.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing funnel, aligning technology to support throughout the journey.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of marketing strategies, digital tools, and data analytics.
• Ensure the marketing team remains educated and up to date with evolving marketing solutions and capabilities.
• Support the platform leads in ensuring the appropriate capabilities exist and the performance indicators are defined and managed.
• Implement marketing technology processes, training, and strategies.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing workload with day-to-day support of the team.
• Drive effective campaigns to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Use your knowledge of SalesForce and other marketing technologies to support data integrations and tracking across different platforms. Requirements • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Strong ability to manage Documentation and Reporting tasks
• Experience in Training and Operations planning
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Analytics
• Understanding of Compliance and Research methods
• Skilled in Planning Processes and Budget Processes
• Ability to Review, Design, and manage Project Management tasks
• Knowledge about Time Management and Auditing processes
• Experience in Pricing and Implementing Strategies
• Ability to Troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience in Onboarding new team members
• Knowledge of relevant Regulations and their Implementation
