　　The Business Developer performs business development activities including proposal development, contract negotiations, client recruitment and relationship development for assigned region and market segment.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　The Business Developer will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. 　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

　　Knowledge and understanding of concrete and related construction including mix designs and their impact on the final product
