Description

　　Summary: We are seeking a Senior-level Springboot Developer at Huntington Bank to be responsible for delivery of Java-based, ReST API micro services.

　　In this position, the successful candidate will design and implement complex IT solutions that are in line with the enterprise architecture roadmap. The successful candidate will:

　　Deliver well-designed, quality software in either an agile or waterfall environment

　　Work on a team to ensure successful delivery of solutions that add value to Huntington's colleagues and customers as-well-as achieve business objectives.

　　Understand business requirements.

　　Communicate clearly with business and technology stakeholders to develop a proposed solution.

　　Be the primary technical team owner of projects and project technical deliverables.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications. Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends, particularly as they apply to Huntington. Must be able to conceptualize and depict business and technical processes in Visio or some other equivalent. Must be comfortable leading and redirecting meetings and working sessions. Successfully organize and delegate technical tasks to the members of the team. Provide leadership and guidance for all parts of the team: developers, BSAs and QA. Provide open and honest feedback to technical management about project timelines and deliverables. May assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree

　　7+ years Java development and SpringBoot development

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Microsoft Office experience

　　Experience working in multi-platform environment

　　Ability to balance both development and support roles

　　Experience in working on projects that involve business segments

　　Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills

　　Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups

　　Proven experience with the following - Maven, GIT, JSON, a Java-unit testing framework

　　Designed and developed Java services.
