[The Business Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the onboarding and basic support for clients monthly data processing leading to client financial statement reporting. May have direct contact with clients and client contacts, including the clients tax accountant and other professional service providers.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:Overall day-to-day execution of client bookkeeping and financial reportingActions client requests that are general, recurring, and/or special projectsEnsure client work performance progresses as balances are paidFacilitate clients 3^rd^ party technical support as liaison with solution providersPrepares client-requested custom reports in collaboration with the DirectorOn-time processing of client information.Reconciliations: Bank, Balance Sheet, A/P, A/R, Payroll and other reconciliationsManagement of QuickBooks data entry and account classificationsDraft weekly and monthly internal reportsIdentifies social media marketing for firm events and client services[ Identifies client needs/opportunities to sell additional value-added services
