This will includeresponsibility for a variety of tasks including training and coaching asuccessful sales team in the pursuit of small business and consumer clientsfor the bank while acting as a key point of contact for clients. You will haveresponsibility for you and your team to achieve specific sales and servicegoals by providing a full range of business banking services to clients withan emphasis on deposit, treasury management and loan products. You willactively participate and represent our Bank in the community, drive the WorkPerks Banking initiatives with business clients. You will be responsible fordemonstrating a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, installment loanoptions, providing a broad base of financial and credit services.Additionally, Business Banking Center Manager IIIs are expected to assistother departments as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellowassociates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardlessof their status or position.Minimum Requirements:Associates Degree or equivalent5 years banking experience with external business developmentBecome registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System andRegistry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act, and NBH's compliancepolicies related to these requirements including acceptable background checkinvestigation results.Driving is required with this position. Applicants must have a validdriver's license (may not be learner's, restricted or "to and fromwork" license) and driving history that meets the Bank's driverstandards.
