　　Job Title: Business Analyst(KYC and Onboarding)

　　Job location: New Jersey

　　Responsibilities

　　Gather and understand business requirements from partners Client Onboarding and KYC experience with a sound understanding of customer life cycle and the related data involved particularly reference data Guide in writing user stories performing analysis using relevant PM tools like JIRA Experience in creating various artifacts like Data Dictionaries Source to target mappings and ER modeling Define data metrics and KPIs Analyze data using different tools and techniques Communicate findings to partners in a clear and concise way using data visualizations and other tools Develop recommendations for improving business processes products or services Work with Data engineers, Functional SMEs and developers to implement data solutions Stay up to date on the latest data analytics trends and technologies

　　Required Skills

　　Experience in data analysis or business intelligence working in agile methodology based environmentsStrong analytical and problem solving skills Communication and presentation skills Experience with SQL and other data query languages
