WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Nike Korea is hiring for a Partner Marketing Specialist who will lead Partner collaborated marketing campaigns to serve our consumers across our Partner channels and support business growth across the Korea marketplace.
The Partner Marketing Specialist will provide a high level of strategic support through leveraging marketing insights skills, a consumer-oriented mindset and store and digital marketing experiences.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
In this role, you will lead seasonal and 365 Partner collaborated marketing campaigns through the planning, execution and post-launch process and also build a yearly Multi Partner Marketing strategy and align with related teams and Partners. Partners has an ABC Mart & FootLocker focus, but are subject to change upon brand and business needs.
You will be in charge of brand asset management and publication, agency & budget management, monthly payment and contract processes and sample and product management. In addition, you will work closely and collaborate with internal x-functional teams including the Asia Pacific and Latin America geography (regional) teams, Marketing teams, Business team as well as external Partners in the process of implementing Partner Marketing campaigns for the Korea marketplace.
You will also support teams by providing trend and consumer insights as well as marketplace and marketing updates as needed.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
In this role, you will report directly to the Nike Korea Consumer Direct Marketing Director. You will work closely with Marketing functions, Marketplace Unit (MPU) teams and Multi Branded Partners as well as 3rd party agencies. Other functional teams that you may need to work closely with are Partner Go-to-Market (PGTM), Marketplace Operations (MPO)for sample and product management as well as the Finance, Legal and Procurement teams for monthly payment and legal processes.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or combination or relevant education, training and experience
Minimum 3 years experience in Partner Marketing, Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing and Digital Contents creation experience
Understanding of the competitive market, customer, digital and retail trends in Korea
Effective teamwork, communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS office (Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
Proficiency in both the Korean and English languages: both verbal and written
