　　Job Information

　　The Business Analyst Manager will provide insight, business analytics and strategic direction to the business function. This position uses the insights from data analytics to drive more informed Strategic decisions on business cases, project prioritization, KPIs, and resource planning.

　　Role & Responsibility

　　Advises management on business implications and recommends changes to strategy or operating plan based on analytics.

　　Analyzes adjacent parts industries and competitors and recommends strategic decisions.

　　Maintain alignment of IT projects and initiatives with the business organization’s goals and overall strategic plan.

　　Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming a project team.

　　Determine operational objectives by studying parts business environment, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and strategy.

　　Lead, manage, and troubleshoot technical implementations including data definitions, models, and reporting.

　　Collaborate with supported functions to determine the impact of each project and incorporate it into the plan as required. Ensure the alignment of business resources to support delivery objectives.

　　Research market and competitive intelligence and incorporate intelligence into recommendations for strategy development/execution.

　　Evaluate business opportunities, build a business case, perform appropriate due diligence as appropriate and make recommendations to senior management.

　　Develop business cases and plans including market analysis, pro forma (“what if” scenario) financial analysis, and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.

　　Conducts gap analyses to ensure that strategies can be met; proactively identifies initiatives/projects that require further development or that should be stopped.

　　Manage and develop direct reports through coaching, training, and mentoring, and making sure that team members have the tools required to perform effectively and efficiently.

　　Job Requirement

　　Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science, or related field.

　　Master's degree preferred.

　　Experience: 7>10 years

　　Demonstrated ability to lead a team

　　Ability to present complex information clearly to executives

　　Demonstrated ability to persuade key stakeholders

　　Travel: <20%

　　High degree of math and statistical skills

　　High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI/Access

　　Must have a high level of motivation and individual initiative.

　　Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail

　　Ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent organization and project management skills

　　Ability to manage remote teams and align tasks to strategic goals
