Work with a team to interface with internal and external customers to understand their business requirements. Leads the Analysis Requirements Gathering, Business Design, Testing, Implementation and Support phases of the System Development Life Cycle for each project. Provides primary support for the 3^rd^ party Events systems.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
Works directly and collaborates with VP's, Directors, and Managers to establish overall direction and priorities of IT projects.
Leads the Analysis Requirements Gathering, Business Design, Testing and Implementation phases of the System Development Life Cycle for each project.
Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles.
Analyze test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
Understand SME's required business processes to ensure they are tied to SME's corporate goals.
Works as a liaison and consultant between IT and the User Community for anything application development related. Provide coordination, support, consultation and facilitation where needed. Facilitation of Customer only groups or Customer (internal & external) and IT groups. Facilitation sessions are to develop SME's requirements to meet SME's Corporate goals.
Reviews computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. Suggests options and / or alternatives. Leads the team to develop and implement.
Document user's guides and other appropriate documentation on all systems developed.
Provide user support on IT developed systems and follow up with management, customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prioritizes items in the IT Application Development queue, based on business need.
Has ability to make decisions regarding priorities and needs.
Participates in SME's data integrity team and closely guards the quality of data used.::::::
