PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:Works with stakeholders to build out initial requirements and user stories through the c eation of process mappings to form a deep understanding of business processes to then drive functional requirement documentationParticipate in daily Scrum sessions with IT or vendors and score backlog items based on potential impact, development effort, hypothesis confidence, and strategic fitPartner effectively with the Delta IT organization and external partners in the execution of projects supporting the Catering TransformationDefine success criteria and metrics of new products/releases and perform post-implementation analysisWork collaboratively to ensure functionality consistently flows through to Flight Attendant and customer facing channels and adds expected valueCommunicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key learnings
