The Kusto team looking for a Business Administrator to join our team. You will be self-motivated, a team player, have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. You will also possess the ability to work effectively under pressure, within short time constraints, prioritize while multi-tasking, deal with ambiguity and have an aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction, to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Provide calendar management for up to two managers calendar.
Provide team support for a team of 140 Engineers and Product Managers.
Manage :
Space coordination
Morale events planning end to end (Plan, order, execute).
Open and track purchase orders (signatures, invoices, accruals)
New employee setup and vendors onboarding and offboarding
Procurement of goods and services
Computer equipment
Office supplies
Facility requests
Headcount facilitation.
Budget management
Qualifications
3 - 5 years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience from a business organization (perferabbly a global organization), with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training)
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well under pressure and within short time constraints.
Able to deal with ambiguity, make independent decisions, be proactive and drive tasks to closure.
Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of information.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events.
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
