Overview: All Personnel at Goddard Lake Houston are responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. Nutrition is a big part of this. The Cook/Bus Driver is responsible for working with the Director and Assistant Director to ensure food service is done effectively and efficiently. This role is also responsible for driving the bus to and from elementary schools. This position has excellent hours.   Responsibilities:  * Cook/Bus Driver responsibilities may include, but are not limited to * Preparing lunch and snacks for children. * Menu planning.  * Food inventory and ordering * Ensuring all Health Department inspections are passed.  * Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. * Following al allergy precautions. * Driving our 15- passenger bus to and from local elementary schools.    Requirements:  * Food managers certificate or willingness to obtain.  * CPR/First Aid Training or willingness to obtain.  * Ability to pass a background investigation.  * No vehicular moving violations within the past three (3) years.  * Willingness to work early hours.
