　　Role Overview:

　　Within our network of Master Builders manufacturing plant and distribution centers, this position oversees the planning of bulk loads for a large portfolio of liquid admixture products delivered to our concrete producer customers across a defined geography within the U.S.

　　You will utilize load planning software (Oretc Inventory Routing) and other tools to optimize how orders planned for loading multi-compartment bulk trailers.

　　You will manage the volume of orders and priorities to ensure that we hit key metrics established and meet customer need by dates.

　　Essential Skills

　　Work closely with field personnel, customer service, and other internal teams to navigate issues impacting planning to achieve on time delivery of orders.

　　Be the point person for communication between the Master Builders manufacturing plants and our bulk carrier to ensure we maximize truck utilization and load turns.

　　Schedule and coordinate specialized load types as well as product transfer and customer returns.

　　Take lead on regular update meetings for the primary geography of responsibility you will plan loads for.

　　Provide coverage and assistance for your bulk planning team as need during vacation and medical outages.

　　Be able to see the whole picture by combining the outbound and inbound lanes to facilitate the optimal utilization of our fleet.

　　Requirements

　　Proficiency in SAP, Ortec Inventory Routing software, and/or bulk chemical fleet scheduling software experience

　　Strong problem-solving ability, accuracy, diligence, and a high level of quality work are required for success.

　　Be able to comprehend parts of the bigger picture with the ability to effectively create and implement plans effectively.

　　Computer proficiency as well as skills in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel are critical.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a diverse environment and maintain a professional, client-driven mindset even under adversity.

　　Must be willing to work M-F, 40-45 hours with flexibility, typical hours 8am - 5pm EST.

　　College degree desirable; high school or equivalent required
