Job Summary:The Building Custodian position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe environment for building employees and customers at all Buckeye Broadband Buildings and Storefronts. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, flexible and willing to take on routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Building Custodian will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchenette's, cafeteria's, call centers and lounge areas.

　　Functions:

　　   The Building Custodian is accountable for:

　　Perform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, trash removal and additional cleaning functions;Monitor usage rates and replenish supplies and materials;Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair;Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs;Follow all safety and sanitation directions and regulations;Ability to lift and manipulate objects and equipment up to 40lbs;Demonstrate proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when needed;```{=html}
