　　D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for aBudget Coordinatorfor their Main Office Department. The right candidate will be responsible forcoordinating budgets and purchase orders.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Create a structured cost budget for each home based on basic bids, contract pricing and upgraded item processing

　　Run each home with options and item numbers in different cost codes to create report of overall profit for production of each job

　　Use report for true cost of goods to ensure PMI is high and resources are high quality

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
