　　Process and operations

　　· Identify and analyze recurring issues within the financial systems and interfaces, and proactively develop innovative solutions to address them, minimizing operational disruptions and enhancing user experience.

　　· Leverage Microsoft Access and Office 365 products, including PowerBI and Power Automate, to design automated workflows, reports, and dashboards that enhance data visibility and operational efficiency.

　　· Drive the monitoring of performance and functionality of finance-related systems, including Oracle, SAP, BPC, and BlackLine, along with their interfaces, on a global scale.

　　· Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

　　· Develop and maintain documentation related to system processes, configurations, issue resolutions, and best practices, ensuring a centralized knowledge base

　　· Identify potential risks and issues, and work proactively to mitigate them through data-driven analysis and solutions.

　　· Mentoring and guiding team members by sharing expertise in financial systems, business analysis, and technical tools.

　　· Train new team members and participate in training deployment for the BSC

　　Quality control

　　· Generate comprehensive reports on system status, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and anomalies. Utilize data-driven insights to inform stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making.

　　· Conduct thorough testing and validation of system updates, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring that changes are implemented accurately and that potential risks are mitigated.

　　· Extract valuable information from data to create insights, inform and influence decision-making, solve problems and drive business strategy

　　· Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to financial systems, business analysis, and automation solutions.

　　· Analyze patterns and trends in existing data to make predictions in real-world scenarios regarding the BSC operation

　　Stakeholder and project management

　　· Lead the creation of a dedicated support portal and community for finance system users, providing a centralized platform for issue reporting, knowledge sharing, and best practice discussions.

　　· Drive the collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business process owners, to gather requirements, assess system needs, and implement improvements in alignment with organizational goals.

　　· Direct and propel the collaboration with the IT department to support any coding requirements related to system enhancements or automation efforts.

　　· Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions, managing project timelines and scope.

　　Qualifications

　　· Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience

　　· Expert user of MS Office products

　　· Familiarity with coding languages is a plus.

　　· Strong analytical mindset with the proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions.

　　· Proficiency in working with financial software systems, including Oracle, SAP, BPC, and BlackLine. Certification in these systems is an advantage

　　· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present information to varied stakeholders.
