About Accounts Payable Administrator

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Process high volume of receivablesAssists with monthly customer billingWorks with billing department to process collections, refunds, chargebacks```{=html}

  ```- Resolves billing discrepancies- Assists with month-end reconciliation of accounts receivable- Processes credit applications- Processes high volume of payables within a workflow system- Maintains electronic filing systems- Processes various company tax forms- Performs data entry and spreadsheet management- Assists with weekly check runs- Assists with vendor maintenance- Manages permit tracking spreadsheet- Assists with accounts payable reconciliations- Reviews vendor statements- Processes vendor onboarding- Assists with quarterly and year end reporting- Collaborates on special projects as necessary

  Other duties as necessary may include but are not limited to:

  Process documentation and workflow will be required. We need all departments to follow Finances guidelines on completing the purchasing workflow. You will provide assistance with the documentation of the process and workflow worksheets as the AP Manager continues to create themSuccessfully complete assigned training and examinationsParticipates in ongoing performance and development reviewsParticipates in internal or external meetings, special functions, and professional development opportunitiesCross-trains and share knowledge with other team membersSupports routine tasksAssists General Accounting Manager with process documentationAssists Department Managers, VP, and CFO with scheduling, forms management, and system update notificationsAs part of our team, you'll enjoy:

  All new employees will participate in the mandatory 'Speedway to Success' (Speedway) orientation at one our offices located in either Tehachapi, CA, Yuba City, CA, or South San Francisco, CA. The duration of the Speedway program spans from 1-3 weeks, depending on the position. During Speedway the schedule will vary: 8-hour days are planned, but shorter days may occur depending on the groups pace. Applicants further than 50 miles from these training locations will be provided with necessary travel accommodations as part of the onboarding process. Applicants 50 miles or less from these locations will be considered regular commute. For those working remotely, virtual attendance will depend on position requirements. Further details will be provided to you during the interview process, and before your start date.
