　　Job Summary

　　As the Specialist, Programming and Brand Partnerships, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing key projects related to brand partnership opportunities & programming for News 12 Networks. This role requires an organized professional with a strong understanding of the local media landscape who has also has an ability to collaborate with editorial, marketing, and ad sales teams to drive results.

　　Responsibilities

　　Program Scheduling and Listings

　　Manage grids across News 12 Networks' platforms, ensuring all stakeholders have access to timely & accurate scheduling information.Oversee metadata curation and distribution including creative assets that populate third-party listings services.

　　Brand Partnerships

　　Support strategic partnerships for sponsorships with local and national brands that align with News 12 Networks' values and audience.Maintain internal tracking documents to ensure proper execution of all sponsorship initiatives.Relationship Management

　　Act as a point of contact for editorial and sales teams, ensuring a collaborative and positive relationship.Partner closely with internal teams to seamlessly integrate brand partnerships into the programming strategy.Revenue Generation

　　Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners.Support driving N12 revenue growth through the execution of innovative brand partnership packages.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree required.3+ years of experience working in the media industry, preferably with a strong understanding of branded content.Proven track record of building relationships and working cross-departmentally with editorial, sales, and/or marketing teams.Well-organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability juggle multiple projects at once.Motivated individual that can work independently, takes initiative and can work under deadline pressure.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate and interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/ year.
