Nike Korea is hiring for a Brand Marketing Specialist, Lifestyle who brings passion for the Lifestyle industry and its sub-cultures. Candidates for this role should bring a deep understanding of youth in Korea and how they engage with lifestyle products, content and culture. We are looking for an energetic go-getter who brings marketing and digital knowledge and skills with a practical hands-on approach as well as who pushes the status quo on traditional marketing.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As part of the Korea Women’s Brand Management team, your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to delivering community and consumer insights into seasonal planning and marketing activations and leading 365 Lifestyle offenses inclusive of product marketing, serving communities and catalysts.
In this role, you’ll bring the Lifestyle strategic point of view to key long-term strategic plans and integrated marketing campaigns. In addition, you will plan and develop marketing assets and social storytelling with alignment with both internal and external stakeholders. You will support 365 community activations including organizing products and operations, helping to create experiences. Your responsibilities will also include developing a consumer pulse report for Women’s lifestyle and style culture and sharing it with internal teams.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
Based in Seoul, you will be part of the Korea Women’s Consumer Construct Marketing team. This team is responsible for orchestrating marketing campaigns and long-term concepts for the Fitness and Lifestyle Field of Play in Korea.
You will report directly to the Consumer Brand Management Director for Women’s and will have a strong collaboration with key functional partners such as Insight, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, Consumer Direct Digital Marketing (CDDM), Store Marketing, Communications, Brand planning, Catalyst and Sports Marketing teams. You will also interact with cross-functional partners outside the brand team such as Finance, Legal, Ops, Planning, Merchandising, and different Marketplace Units (MPU). Finally, you will also work collaboratively with our Global and Key Cities counterparts.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing field
Demonstrated experience in brand management – timely, organized, and effective delivery of marketing plan through extensive cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated effective relationship management skills through establishing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of Lifestyle and its multidimensional consumer insight
Willingness and flexibility to adapt to consumer and organization’s needs
Proficiency in English and Korean – both verbal and written
